Our History
Kids Off The Block was founded in July 2003 in the home of Diane Latiker. Since July 2010, we have moved to an office space. Beginning with 10 kids from the neighborhood, KOB as it’s known, has served over 2,000 youth across the city of Chicago.
We are based in the Roseland Community on the far south side of Chicago. We service youth 12-24 years of age. Monday thru Friday 4:00pm to 8:00pm Monday thru Friday during school months. Summer months are Monday thru Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
